While we trust UPS as our reliable shipping partner, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or incorrect delivery addresses.

To avoid potential delays, we recommend ordering a day or two earlier than needed during peak seasons. For international shipments, please note that Letterly is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays incurred.

Shipping Promotions

Our shipping promotions apply to Continental USA orders only. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over a minimum spend, sent to one address within the USA. Please note that hot states may be excluded from the free shipping promotion due to the nature of certain products.

Holiday Shipping

During the busy holiday season, please allow 4-5 business days for order preparation, plus shipping time. If your order is urgent, we offer UPS Next Day Air for same-day shipping if the order is placed before 12 PM MST.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods due to high demand, and we may ship in advance to avoid delays.

No Melt Guarantee

We understand that freshness is key. During warm weather, we include ice packs to maintain the quality of your gift. If your gift is delayed or damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. All packages are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air, and deliveries may arrive by the end of day.

letterly is not responsible for carrier errors, delivery mistakes, or undelivered packages. We highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout to help cover claims for lost or undelivered orders. Claims for undelivered packages must be submitted by the customer. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and delays are not covered by Route, letterly, or UPS.

Packaging & Delivery Details

Your gift will be beautifully packaged and shipped in eco-friendly, custom-designed boxes to ensure it arrives safely. Letterly does not require a signature for delivery, but we encourage you to make sure someone is available to receive the package, especially if it contains perishable items. The decision to leave a package at the address is at the discretion of the delivery carrier.

Disney Resort Deliveries

While we're happy to ship directly to Disney Resort hotels, letterly is not responsible for any resort-related fees, delivery delays, misplaced or lost packages, or issues that occur after your order has been delivered to the resort. We recommend confirming your resort's package acceptance policies prior to placing your order.

Address & Delivery Confirmation

It’s essential that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Letterly is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. If you need to change the delivery address or have any special requests, please reach out to us at maya@letterly.me as soon as possible.

If you opt out of package protection, and the package is delayed, damaged, or lost due to shipping carrier errors beyond our control, Letterly will not guarantee a reshipment or refund.

Delivery Timing for Special Occasions

If you’re sending a gift for a specific occasion, we recommend having it arrive at least one or two days early. UPS can deliver as late as 11 PM during the holidays, but we encourage extra time to account for potential delays.

If you need to change your delivery date after ordering, please contact us at maya@letterly.me with your order number and the correct date. We’ll do our best to accommodate as long as your order has not shipped.
