Shipping & Delivery Information

At Letterly, we know that gifting is all about making an impression. That’s why we use premium shipping methods to ensure your thoughtful gifts arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Fast, Reliable & Chic Shipping

You can schedule your Letterly gift up to three months in advance or select the soonest available shipping date. For time-sensitive orders, we offer same-day fulfillment for orders placed before 12 PM MST. All orders ship via UPS 2-Day Air for fast and reliable delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM MST will ship the next business day.


Your delivery should arrive on your scheduled delivery date at the same time as your usual UPS drop-off. Ahead of major holidays, your Letterly gift may be shipped for arrival one day early to avoid potential delays. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, and UPS does not provide time guarantees. Letterly is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, local carrier mis-scans, natural disasters, mechanical errors, strikes, security measures, or incorrect shipping information.

Inclement Weather & Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, mechanical issues, or incorrect addresses may cause delays. To minimize risk, we recommend placing orders at least one to two days early, especially during peak seasons. Letterly does not deliver to PO Boxes or internationally. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete, as incorrectly entered addresses may result in additional costs or the need for reshipment, which will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee Monday deliveries for any service, as weather conditions prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Once your order has been handed over to UPS, any delays are beyond our control.

Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping

During high-demand seasons, some delivery dates may include a surcharge. To avoid delays, we may ship your order early when necessary. Holiday deliveries may arrive as late as 11 PM. To ensure your gift is received on time, we recommend scheduling it at least one to two days in advance.

Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions apply only to orders within the continental United States. Qualifying orders must meet a minimum spend requirement and ship to a single U.S. address. Some hot-weather states may be excluded due to the nature of certain products.

No Melt Guarantee

We take extra care to keep your gifts fresh. During warm-weather months, ice packs are included to maintain product integrity. 

Order Tracking & Packaging

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. All Letterly gifts are carefully packed in eco-friendly, custom-designed boxes to ensure safe delivery. A signature is not required for delivery, but we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package, especially for perishable items. The final decision to leave a package is at the discretion of the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Premium Package Protection

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as Letterly is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information. If you need to update your address, contact hello@letterly.me as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

For added peace of mind, we offer Premium Package Protection at checkout. If your package is delayed by more than 24 hours, we will reship a fresh gift or issue a full refund. If you opt out of package protection, Letterly cannot guarantee reshipments or refunds for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

Timing Your Gift for Special Occasions

For birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays, we recommend selecting a delivery date at least one to two days early to avoid any last-minute surprises. If you need to adjust your delivery date after ordering, email hello@letterly.me with your order number, and we will accommodate your request if possible.

Gift Messages

You can include a custom gift message at checkout to add a personal touch, ensuring the recipient knows exactly who sent their special surprise.
